The 25th Annual Mozingo Music Marching Percussion Competition will be held on Saturday, September 6, 2014, at Francis Howell North High School.

GROUP ENTRY

Entry fee: $175.

Performance order will be determined by the order in which entries are received. The earliest entries get the later time slots, except for the final places in each 3 divisions, which will be given to last year’s finalists from each division. Entry deadline is August 22, 2014.


SOLO ENTRY

Entry Fee: $15 if registered by August 29 | $20 after August 29.

Participants are highly encouraged to pre-register.

SOLO RULES:
- Soloists must be members of drum lines competing at this contest.
- Solos must be between 2.5 and 5 minutes in length.
- Any solo exceeding the time limit will be penalized .1 point for every second over the time limit.
- This contest is for solos (1 person) only.
- Accepted instruments are snare, tenors, marimba, xylophone, vibraphone and timpani.
- Must have at least 3 timpani solos pre-registered, to award a trophy.
- Performance times will be set once the drum line schedule is finalized.
