VAUGHN EDWARD has performed across the United States from coast to coast, as well as the Philippines and touring through the Caribbean. He is a Vocalist and writes his own original songs. Along with the vocals, he plays fluently, the keyboard, saxophone and hand drums, and he has a background in dance. Prior to writing and taking his songs public from stage to stage, he performed in most genres of music: pop, dance, jazz, funk, latin & salsa, african, ska, reggae, rock, country, blues, oldies, orchestra, disco, zydeco, brazilian and big bands.

Teaching credits include:  Music & More in Antioch, CA for Piano and Voice, Eastbay School for boys in Berkeley, CA for Vocal & Instrumental Music, Village Charter School in Chapel Hill, NC for Instrumental Music, High School Saxophone Master Classes at Chapel Hill High in Chapel Hill, NC, Horsedrawn Productions Recording Studio in Chicago for Piano, Voice and Saxophone, and Musicology Music in Chicago for Piano and Voice. He was a Guest Teacher for the Arcadia Valley High School in MO, and a Guest Teacher for the Pittsburg High Jazz Band in Pittsburg, CA.

Lessons Include: Vaughn specializes in Voice & Songwriting, Piano and Saxophone. He can teach chording on piano for voice students, breathing techniques for voice and saxophone, and give exercises he wrote himself for technique for all instruments. He has advanced knowledge in music theory and can give pointers for stage presence and choreography.

Vaughn has recorded one album, One More Day, which consists of songs that cross from Pop to Electronic to Rap. He is also a published YA Fantasy author for his series WARRIOR CHILDREN.
